Judging by the appearance of nestlings.
The quality of the incubation can be judged by the appearance of nestlings. If they are small, very active, – this is the sign of their being overheated and overdried (low temperature on the humid thermometer).
As a rule, such nestlings do not survive. The signs of underheating are: a big residual yolk, limpness of the bird. These are the general recommendations on the temperature for any kind of birds.
