Recommendations on temperature.
In the literature I saw different recommendations regarding the temperature regime during the incubation of poultry eggs – 38, 39 and even 40°Ñ. It is undoubtedly connected with the differences in incubator designs (homemade, as a rule).
For the correct incubation it is important to know what temperature remains on the level of the middle of an egg – only when the temperature regime has stabilized (remember that opening the doors or the cover of the incubator causes the change of the temperature).
Besides, it is necessary to measure the temperature on the entire surface of the tray with the incubated eggs so that to remove them from the colder zone to the warmer one and vice versa in time.
